This development of 4 semi-detached Optima homes was designed and built by MAKAR in association with the Highland Small Communities Housing Trust.

A comprehensive carbon study was carried out on these homes by the University of East Anglia, demonstrating they were carbon negative on delivery! Read the full study here.
