MAKAR Shortlisted for Pioneer Award by the Structural Timber Association

🎉 We are delighted to be shortlisted for The Pioneer Award by the Structural Timber Association Ltd (STA), which recognises those pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in structural timber in the UK.

Earlier this year, we were proud to achieve STA Assure Gold, their highest level of recognition for exceptionally high standards of quality and compliance in timber construction throughout the organisation. This shortlisting further recognises the MAKAR team's achievement in creating the Paradigm Home: an offsite Scottish timber solution to the UK's housing and climate emergencies, delivering high-performing, healthy homes that are affordable to buy and run.
