Rural Property Of The Year - Finalists, Helping it Happen Awards

We are over the moon that our Paradigm Home prototype is a FINALIST in the Rural Property Category, part of this year's Helping it Happen Awards!

We have been building timber-rich eco-homes for over 20 years, and last year we pivoted to offer affordable Optima Homes, alongside our Signature Range. These family homes are designed to be affordable and low carbon to build and run, reducing fuel poverty and utilising Scotland's timber resource.

Manufactured and assembled in one week each, they are also designed to be rapidly deployable across rural and island communities, offering a credible, affordable solution to Scotland's rural housing emergency.
