4 New Homes, Lochcarron

This development of 4 homes was designed and built by MAKAR in association with the Highland Small Communities Housing Trust.

The Architects concept was to utilise the slope of the site to allow for a low profile design solution, when viewed from the northwest, whilst at the same time creating a contemporary prominent scheme when viewed from other aspects. The proposal demonstrates a contemporary, low cost and considered solution to the significant housing problem in Kirkton.
